I appreciate and value that Pat and her team don’t rely solely on their real estate expertise, knowledge and wisdom.  They count on God’s Grace as the foundation on which they successfully sell your home or find you a new home to buy.

I worked with Pat on the sell of my home in Lewisville, TX.  This is simply not a great market for selling.  Couple that with having multiple houses in the neighborhood also up for sale (including the one right next door …same floor plan…that had been on the market for 200+ days).

After opening our initial meeting in prayer, Pat very professionally covered my options for selling in this tough market.  In making the decision to sell, she was a great support in providing information on comparable homes in my area that had sold recently.  This information assisted me in making an informed decision on what selling price to offer.

Pat communicated with me consistently throughout the process.  Additionally, the listing she created on the MLS site was very attractive, resulting in great showing activity.  Pat also showed interest in getting my home sold by conducting an open house.

I could go on and on about the fine service that Pat provided…did I mention that she is the agent that helped me locate and buy the house that I was now selling after only three years?  Suffice it to say that I was delighted with the full price, cash offer that I received in less than three weeks of listing the house on the market.

When I return from my assignment abroad, I will definitely be contacting Pat Jackson to help me find my next home.  This sale was definitely By God’s Grace…as I am confident the next one will be.  Thanks Pat!

My wife and I were ready to purchase a new home in the first quarter of 2010.
